Sib barely glanced up as Tessa walked in, grinning and nodding. She was right, again, they should be out there. He stood carefully, nudging his sister softly. "Come on Rayne, I know you don't want to, but you have to. Tessa and I'll be out there with you, alright?" He said softly, looking at Tessa. After Rayne did stand up, again leaning against him for support, he followed Tessa out. He couldn't help but growl in annoyance though. He couldn't help it, Pravin was holding a meeting, right there with Blitz's body still out in the open?! Couldn't they at least bury their leader before deciding such things? "Tess... can you take Rayne over there? I'll come in a second, just gimme a moment, alright?" He said softly, letting Rayne sit before licking her cheek, then moving and licking his mates. He made his way up to Xerxes and Pravin, thinking it through a little. Well, wasn't like he had many allies here right now anyway... "Can you just be quiet Pravin. We have the alpha's, our own leader's body, laying out here, and you decide to have a meeting with him still laying here i the open? We should at least give him a proper burial before deciding things like this packs next step." He stated bluntly, staring at him. Sure, he had no place to just walk over and say that to the beta, but, positions didn't matter to Sib.

Rayne stayed silent mostly as Tessa spoke, nodding. She didn't want to go back outside... but, she really didn't have much of a choice, and so she did stand, following the two, using Sib as support, since she couldn't really walk very well anyway. She keep her head down the entire time though, even as Sib stepped away, she looked over at Tessa. "I.. never got a chance to thank you." She said silently, smiling softly as she stared up at the female. She was simply talking about Tessa having went after and stopping Sib when he ran off. Without Tessa there, she would have lost both her mate and her brother... she couldn't be more thankful for having Tessa around.

PostSubject: Re: The beginning of the End (pack split thread)   The beginning of the End (pack split thread) - Page 3 EmptyThu Jun 14, 2012 7:27 pm

Dante was surprised when Pravin asked them of their own opinion. The yearling didn't say anything, not knowing enough of power to respond. He didn't know the hardships of being leader, or really the importance of it all. He didn't know what to say, so he didn't. But when Sibirskiy stepped up to criticize Pravin, Dante thought that to be a bit disrespectful. "Maybe he was getting to that." Dante said quietly, if not strongly as well. Other than his parents, he had looked up to Pravin and Blitz, among some others as well.

Laek looked beside her to see Cas there, licking her cheek. "I don't know what to think Cas." She said quietly back, as her pup responded to Sib. Dante was becoming his own wolf, that was good. She gave Cas a little nudge, telling him to tell what he thought.

Pravin was surprised to hear that Xerxses would follow him, considering how bitter the other wolf had been when Pravin got the position as Beta. He wasn't as surprised to hear that Fallon would come along too. He was glad of that fact. But when Sibirskiy came out of the den to say his words, Pravin couldn't help but growl. He knew that a burial was in place, but he decided to let the wolves pay respect now. Not everyone should go to the sacred graveyard. It wouldn't have been a good idea to let some 20 wolves tread the dirt on the graves. Dante seemed to be standing up for Pravin; the beta wasn't too sure why. "I was, Dante. I figure we pay our respects now while we're together. We can't have everyone venturing to the graveyard." Pravin was just waiting for Sibirskiy to make another comment. Another jab made out of anger, revenge, and sorrow. Blitz's death was breaking all tensions, and Pravin knew that things would not end well.

Xerxses's growl was louder than Pravin's when Sib stepped up to voice his disrespectful position on the matter. "Mind yourself, Sibirskiy. My brother will be buried, but Pravin is right, we can't have the whole pack at the graveyard. Even you should understand that." He said, doing his best - yet still struggling - to control his temper. He had a short temper to begin with, but it was even shorter now, and reasonably so. "You seem to think that you can handle things better than this. Am I correct to assume you don't agree that Pravin should lead?" He asked, calling the other male out. If Sib wanted to lead himself, he might as well get out and say it. Xerxses had no patience for squabling over his brother's dead body. Especially if it was petty.

Tessa frowned when Sib spoke. She agreed with him, of course, just not his methods of delivering his opinion. She kept herself quiet, though, and simply watched. She shook her head at Rayne's words and licked the other female's neck. "I couldn't let him get himself killed." She said softly. Although, when Xerxses called Sib out, she got to her feet, moving faithfully to her mate's side. She still said nothing, but it was obvious where her support was. She would stand by him, no matter what he decided on. End of story. She knew Rayne would do the same, after all, Sib was her brother.

Dakota listened intently, not sure where she stood. But she had to admit, she didn't really agree with either male. Yes, they wolves needed to pay their respects, but Sib was right, they needed to bury the deceased alpha. But she kept her mouth shut, surprised when Dante spoke up. She looked up at him curiously, but said nothing, her eyes returning to the beta and Sib to see what would happen next.

Bleu honestly didn't agree with either male. She was surprised, to be completely honest, that she, a young female barely over a year, was sitting there thinking while two males much older than herself were squabbling over the dead alpha's body. "In my opinion, starting a fight right on top of Blitz's body is a bit disrespectful. The pack should say their goodbyes now and we should bury him. You guys can fight over rank and title later." She said, knowing exactly where the argument was going. She didn't have her eyes on Sib or Pravin, though, and instead she was warily watching Xerxses, ready for him to blow up on her any moment for speaking out. She also watched her parents a bit out of the corner of her eye, knowing that they were unlikely to like her outspokenness at the moment.

Cas sighed as Laek seemed undecided, but looked up as Sib spoke. He agreed with the other male, but Bleu's words distracted him from speaking. He agreed with her as well, but didn't particularly agree with Pravin's disapproval of the pack going to the cemetery. But he couldn't help but fall back on his rank, keeping his mouth shut and returning to his omega status behavior.

His ears twitched as Pravin spoke, then Xerxses, then, surprisingly, Bleu. He couldn't help but get a little bent as Xerxses assumed this was some sort of power thing, Sib couldn't care less who was to lead now, that was no where what he mean't, and having what he said taken out of context like that was annoying. "Why shouldn't everyone go? He was all of our leader, and we should all be there when he is buried. I'm sure we all know how sacred the burial grounds are, and I'm equally certain we can all behave ourselves enough as to not disturb them." He said, then glancing at Tessa as she appeared at his side. It was a bit comforting, knowing she backed him... he really was lucky to have her as his mate. "And no, Xerxses, I am, in no way, challenging the fact that Pravin should lead, he is Beta, so he has every right to assume to the leader position. I simply think we should bury Blitz, with everyone there, and do it before we decide what this pack will do now." he said, turning to Xerxses. Though, he didn't go further than that, Bleu was right, arguing over this wasn't right, and he really wasn't mad that she did speak out, it was surprising really, she had grown to be so mature.

PostSubject: Re: The beginning of the End (pack split thread)   The beginning of the End (pack split thread) - Page 3 EmptyThu Jun 14, 2012 11:17 pm

Bandit hardly returned his sisters affection as he found himself lost in some deranged thought. Only to be snapped out of it when Pravin finally decided to speak. "You've got to be kidding me...." he said aloud, but mainly to himself. Blitz wasn't dead ten minutes before he wanted to talk about stepping up to be leader. Really? What kind of look was that? A bad one, he answered himself quietly. This was kind of ridiculous. He was glad that his dad spoke up and that Bleu seemed to be sharing his opinion on this one. At least he wasn't alone. Not wanting to cause any trouble however, he spoke calmly in agreement with his sister and dad. "They are kind of right Pravin. An alpha has fallen, and you stand over the unburied body right now claiming that you're stepping up to lead. It hasn't even hit some of us that we've lost a leader yet." Besides, who wouldn't want to mourn Blitz at his grave? As far as he knew everyone was going to go. If they did Pravin couldn't stop them. Bandit knew he would be there.

Cici nuzzled Fallon as they found a place to settle down after being pushed away from Blitz. She laid her head over the females back and cried softly until Pravin spoke. Only until Fallon had spoken up did she know her choice. Pravin had been the first welcoming face she stumbled upon here, and Fallon had become a close friend. Xerxses was the closest to her after that, and even they weren't exactly considered friends. Which of course meant that Fallon was all she had. Pravin and Xerxses she happened to know. There was just one problem, with the pups all grown it had left her out of a job. Her contribution could only be put forth if she followed Rayne or found where Molly had gone. As Cici contemplated she wondered if she had what it took to slide her way into a healer position.

(Khalessi and Inferno from: https://incendio.rpg-board.net/t144-the-return#2430)

Khalessi remained silent as she walked back to the dens with Inferno. She couldn't admit that she was a tad bit nervous, so instead she kept Inferno close yet added some distance for comfort. She had failed to realize that the person calling for a pack meeting wasn't Blitzen, but that was probably because she knew Pravin was beta, and sometimes they did call pack meetings. Perhaps it was just her being in denial to the obvious true. Whatever the case was, she definitely hadn't expected the sight she saw only a few minutes later. The earthen floor of the den area was hard packed dirt from being trekked over so much. It was the first thing she had noticed, all the different prints that led to a high volume of wolves. Much higher than she had expected, she couldn't even count all the full and half swept away paw marks on the ground. Blitzen had been busy with new additions, and it was apparent in the large group of wolves that was gathered towards the center of the area. There were so many that she had to rethink her approach, because intruding on a pack meeting was not to be taken lightly by the many members she didn't know. Khalessi lifted her head, peeking around some of the forms to see if she could spot any familiar faces. Many of them were ones she had encountered while a loner, which was disappointing. When she spotted a bit of white fur through the thick crowd, Khalessi's ears perked and she instantaneously burst into a trot. Although graceful, those standing within the group could have perceived it as an aggressive charge. None of that mattered to her though, because she was almost certain what she had seen was Blitzen. When her eyes made complete visual contact the female stopped on a dime, ears perked and eyes wide as a small growl escaped her throat. Khalessi was in shock.

The beginning of the End (pack split thread) - Page 3 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The beginning of the End (pack split thread)   The beginning of the End (pack split thread) - Page 3 EmptyFri Jun 15, 2012 7:56 am

Inferno could hardly believe that his quick trip for a final look at the Meadow had ended up as a journey back to the pack alongside Khalessi, who the pack still thought to be dead. Actually, in the time that had passed, that statement had become untrue. The Silverlight pack had grown tremendously in the time even since Inferno had left. There were many members now who'd never met the pack's former beta...there were few who knew Khalessi as a pack mate. Blitz, Chaos, Molly, Fallon, and Inferno had been it. Khalessi was a stranger, while Inferno was a rebel. What were they thinking?

But there was little time to mull over consequences, especially for arriving at a time of gathering, because the wolves were deep into the pack lands and almost at the dens. Khalessi had much to share with Blitz anyway, and that was a reunion Inferno had hoped for since he'd discovered that the former head hunter was still alive, almost a whole year ago. As they approached, the copper-hued wolf was in no hurry to rush in and face the pack and leader he'd abandoned so long ago, so Khalessi trotted ahead alone while the male took in information about the wolves in his view. Initially, the idea had been to assess who was new, who was gone, etc., but the monumental mourning, distress, and anger even in their faces had him lengthening his strides to see who's death could cause this much turmoil. His heart knew before his eyes saw. When the male reached Khalessi's side, she was still growling, her eyes fixed on the lifeless form of Blitzen. The trio of Pravin, Sibirskiy, and Xerxses - who was just a younger-looking Blitz in appearance - fanned tensely around the body. The body...Blitz.

Inferno, still keeping himself aware of the Three and Khalessi next to him, took a step forward and lowered his head to gaze across the small clearing at Blitz. Ears perked in respectful attentiveness, the male solemnly looked over the body of his once best friend and leader. After a silent moment in his own world, Inferno lifted his head and looked to Pravin, whom the wolf assumed was the new leader. His intent to ask permission to step closer to Blitz (not yet to ask forgiveness for intruding on the pack lands) dissolved as it registered quickly that a lop-sided authority was exuding from each of the Three. Though he had not been present for the debate before and didn't understand exactly why they were at odds, the wolf could easily pick up the fact that Pravin did not have absolute power here. Inferno's former shadows of apprehension vanished immediately.

Cici's companionship at the moment was so necessary. Fallon nudged her nose into Cici's cheek briefly before settling down and laying her head on her paws, too spent to cry just yet, but adopting Cici's quiet sobs as her own.

Fallon flicked her ears back at Sibirskiy's outburst and raised her head from her paws to glare. She found it too hard to see where his thinking was coming from to continue to try to understand for more than three seconds. He was definitely making mountains out of molehills here. Starting a fight over Blitz's body over showing respect for Blitz? Really? The female huffed and shook her head, starting to get angry as this escalated. For once, though, the usually big-mouthed wolf kept silent, though she was obviously seething at this ridiculous debate. No matter what Sib said, his challenging Pravin's decision to gather the wolves for the purpose of choosing a new alpha was blatant disagreement with the notion of Pravin being leader and getting to make those calls. He had turned this into a status battle without even realizing it!

Suddenly, Fallon's attention was snatched by a magnificent white female moving into view, her progress into the den site obscured from Fallon's view by the huddled bodies of wolves. The hunter's jaw dropped wide open. A spirit! Khalessi! The red and black female smiled, a bittersweet blend of nostalgia, grief, gratitude, and love. She'd seen a spirit once before - with Blitz - and now Khalessi had come to visit the fallen alpha...perhaps lead his spirit frolicking to the meadow? It was a beautiful thought, as beautiful as Khalessi's bright form. Seconds later, Inferno joined the white wolfess, and Fallon's heart sank like a stone with the mortifying realization that Inferno must have passed on as well. Her head flopped heavily onto the ground while never moving her eyes from the pair. At least she had gotten to see those two again, and Blitz would have a pack, even if not with the living wolves of Silverlight.

PostSubject: Re: The beginning of the End (pack split thread)   The beginning of the End (pack split thread) - Page 3 EmptyFri Jun 15, 2012 3:15 pm

At this point, Pravin was getting rather frustrated. He should have known. He should have known that these wolves would be like Fallon the first time they had met some year ago. They weren't understanding what he was saying or where he was coming from. He had no want to discuss his leader position, and he only wanted to pitch an opinion on whether or not they would all take him to the graveyard. But everyone seemed so set on leadership titles; everyone seemed so set on taking him to the graveyard. They weren't understanding the way Pravin was, or how he said things that he didn't mean to say a certain way. He never had the best way with words. He had wanted them to decide what to do next, who to bury Blitz.

Although it wasn't in the best way, they had gotten to a point which was kind of Pravin's goal. They had decided they would all pay respects at the grave and to discuss leadership later. In Pravin's view, he hadn't done anything, or said anything wrong. He let out a small growl, but then the white form of Ali thundered into the clearing. Pravin hadn't seen the wolf in such a long time. She growled, indicating that she had known Blitz, that she had been lying that first time they met. Then Inferno came behind her, and Pravin was both glad and upset. Inferno never saw Blitz again after their late fight so long ago. "Ali. Inferno." They had both shown clear grief, and even with Ali as an intruder to land, and Inferno an old pack mate, Pravin didn't have the heart to deny them the sight of Blitz. Pravin pulled his ears back and took a step back, away from Blitz' body, allowing them passage too, as all other wolves had seen the body.

Pravin turned back to Sibirskiy and the others. "You all don't understand what I was saying. But you have come to a conclusion on what to do next." It was clear to him what they wanted. He looked at Blitz, Xerxses, Ali, Inferno, and everyone else. "We take him to the graveyard. All of us, since that's what you want."

Xerxses's ears flicked back defensively at the sudden appearance of a white stranger, his growl rumbling in his throat as she approached and growled. His first instinct as she stood over his brother's body was to step over the almost identical white form at his feet, protecting it from this wolf that he did not know. But just as he stepped over Blitz, Pravin stepped back and one look at Fallon's face made him realize that although this female was stranger to him, she had not been to his brother. The appearance of Inferno had him growling softly, but he stepped back very slightly, his paw still in contact with his brother's dead body, but no longer standing protectively over it.

Casanova looked up in confusion as a white female appeared, but his attitude shifted and he lowered himself instinctively as Inferno appeared. He had not forgotten his encounter with the former beta, and he found himself leaning against Laek gently as he watched the wolves react.

Dakota's ears pinned back and she pressed against Dante's side as two strangers appeared. Who the hell were they? But as her eyes traveled to her father's form, she found herself pressing more against her brother, this time for protection. It was obvious their father feared the new male, and instinctively, so did she.

Tessa looked up at Inferno as he appeared, finding herself glad to see the male, but keeping her reaction subtle as she looked up at Sib and then at Pravin when the beta spoke. She said nothing, but nudged Sib's shoulder affectionately and hopefully at Pravin's decision. Hopefully that would be the end of this, for now, and hopefully Sib would simply accept that and they could bury their deceased Alpha.

Bleu was standing closest to where Inferno and Khalessi arrived, and she growled softly at the strangers' intrusion. But when Pravin spoke to them, and Fallon seemed happy to see them, her growl ceased and she sat there, dumbfounded at what was happening. Who the hell were they? Why where they here? And why did all the adults seemed to accept two loners into their presence? With the alpha laying dead at their feet!

He held his tongue as he felt Tessa nudge him, sitting quietly now. Fine, he said what he wanted, and talking any more would probably lead to making enemies with some of the wolves here right now, and now was not the time to be starting to much drama. He turned his head as he finally noticed the two new wolves, almost instantly recognizing Inferno from the two. Perfect timing for the former Beta to return... and it seemed even with his intrusion not many of the other wolves were going to say much about it. Sib just sat there, watching to see if anything would come from Inferno's and the other wolves sudden appearance, leaning against his mate softly. He didn't have much to say about Inferno's return anyhow, he had never had much of a problem with Inferno, hell, he was the wolf that found Sib laying up on that ledge the day he first arrived here, in these lands.

Rayne had remained silent through the entire thing, instead just ignoring it all. She wasn't in any condition to want to deal with it, neither Pravin nor her brother's argument was appropriate, not at a time like this. Though, her ears perked as Inferno and the other female showed up, sighing softly. Inferno showing up was probably a good thing... at least now she could tell him what Blitz had said... though, she didn't know if she could hold herself together enough to even talk, repeating Blitz's words... it killed her even thinking of it right now. She'd just wait till they went to the graveyard and do it there. Besides, it would be good to wait for the initial shock of it all to hit Inferno... he and Blitz were close as well.

KiRae flattened his ears as he listened to the pack, the arguments over Blitz's body, Decisions of what to do after. He stepped backwards. He didn't know what was going on, before, he never had to deal in things like this. He bit his lip, looking back at the exit, then around at the filling den. As the events continued to unfold, he saw Cas react to a few of the higher ranked wolves. He looked down and shifted his weight from paw to paw. He felt uncomfortable with all that was happening. He looked up at the leaders of the pack, and moved forward, coming up beside Cas.

Almost as soon as she had started growling she had stopped; eyes glued on the Blitzen corpse laid out in the center of the pack meeting.Get up, she urged her former alpha, eyes sparking with anger and sadness all at once. Get up! At this point in time Khalessi was hardly capable of noticing the varied reactions between the different members of the pack, but as that small sliver of hope she had been holding onto died out she was left to return her attention to them and became sick with the large amount of strange faces around her. She didn't recognize any of them, which was also a chilling truth she had to come to terms with. However, it was all too much at once and the white wolfess turned her head around to look in the direction of the meadows where they had originally come. As Inferno stepped closer to view Blitzen, Khalessi solemnly turned around and ambled out of the pack dens without another word. It would be safer to mourn alone, and she would have to visit his grave when they finished burying him and saying their own goodbyes.

Cici finally managed to lift her head as two new wolves came storming into the vicinity. She shook slightly, fearing them before for a moment before she noticed that no one seemed to mind their presence too much. Though she didn't know them, or had even seen them before, she calmed down a bit, but kept watchful eye just in case they tried to pull a trick on the pack.

Bandit wasn't sure what to do. Even his response to the older strange wolves was lacking in alertness. At this point in time just too much strange things were happening at once making the yearling extremely lethargic and withdrawn. It was starting to feel like a dream, and he honestly was starting to believe that's what this reality was.

No one responded to Pravin's voice, everyone distracted by appearance of Ali and Inferno. Letting the silence echo after the last growl stopped, Pravin looked at the wolves around him. He could see that they were not one, but they were together in grief for the late Alpha; their friend and their leader. Pravin was about to speak when Ali walked out of the area, back to where she arrived from. Not knowing the full story, but only assuming, Pravin knew that she would grieve as well. She knew no one here, as far as he knew. He would have let her join them in their trek to the graveyard, but Inferno was still there. And Pravin would not deny Inferno that trek.

"That's it then. Let us go." Pravin wanted to step forward to carry his comrade first, but he gave a small motion, inviting those who wanted to help carry their beloved leader. Pravin was almost nervous he would make another mistake that he would not catch; afraid that he might offend more wolves. He stepped next to the body, glancing at Xerxses, knowing the white wolf would carry his brother.

Dakota pressed up against Dante when the two strangers arrived. Had Blitz' death hit Dante harder, and left him on edge, he was have growled at them. But Dante still hadn't fully processed the dead body; but he knew he would mourn later. He would realize what they had come by in fate. The two strangers seemed to mourn the alpha as much as the pack did, but why? Had they been here before? Dante didn't know, but he kept on the brave face for his sister. It was obvious that Pravin knew the both of them, but the white wolf dashed out of the area before anyone could say anything else. Pravin called for them to go, and Dante wanted to go help carry the alpha that was many times his size. But when he stepped forward, he remembered that his sister was holding closely to him. He wouldn't be able to do anything. He looked down and licked her ear, trying to be comforting.

Fallon lifted her head slowly, ears perked, as Pravin acknowledged the two new wolves. The way the beta reacted, with recognition especially toward Khalessi, sparked a formerly unfathomable hope in the female. Pravin stepped back and Inferno moved closer, lowering his head to touch his nose to Blitz's head. Fallon watched with wide, unblinking eyes as the white wolfess turned away and left, and immediately once she was gone, the red and black female jumped to her feet and moved purposefully to Inferno, gingerly pressing her forehead against his neck, scenting and feeling the flesh and fur that proved to her that the male was alive. There was another scent, too, that Fallon picked up from his fur. Old, but familiar - it was Khalessi! She was alive, unbelievably, as well. Blitz's death and the resurrection of Khalessi and Inferno was too much for her at the moment, so with shaky steps, Fallon backed up and sank to the ground, holding back sobs as Pravin announced that they were going to bury Blitz now.

At Pravin's declaration, the coppery male looked up at the male who'd succeeded him in the pack. Inferno stayed where he was; Blitz was big enough that it would take more than one wolf to help move him, and Inferno was making sure he was a part of that group, no matter what Xerxses had to say about it.

Xerxses got to his feet as Pravin said that it was time to bury his brother, and as the beta began to move forward to carry the deceased alpha, he moved forward as well. He carefully gripped his brother's scruff in his jaws, lifting his head and releasing it so that he could slip under the large white form which was only barely larger than his own, and hold up the front half of Blitz's body with his shoulders. Then he waited for Pravin and Inferno to help, since they both seemed to be the ones most eager to carry the dead leader. He was doing a surprisingly good job at controling his anger and horror at his brother's death, but that was his way - holding everything inside. It's how things had always been.

Tessa moved out of the way as Xerxses lifted his brother onto his shoulders, nudging Sib's shoulder gently and moving to sit beside Bleu and the boys. There was nothing she could do here but follow the procession, so she waited patiently, mourning their leader silently as she sat beside Teras and leaned lightly against his form - which was now larger than her own - as she watched her mate.

Bleu looked over at her mother as she approached and leaned against Teras, surprised that her tattle tale brother had grown so much and looked to be a promising warrior. It was rather impressive to her, as well as confusing, as to how his transformation had happened. Had she been to busy causing trouble to notice? It was odd, since she had always seen Bandit to be the powerful and protective one, yet here was Teras - the one who she had once thought of as weak and pathetic - bigger than her and even beginning to pass their father in size. How had she not noticed? But soon her eyes wandered to her aunt's form. The poor alpha female was in terrible shape, and the young female got to her feet to move to the pregnant female's side. "Come on Rayne, I think he would want you to lead the procession to the graveyard. Can you manage? I'll help you." She said softly, licking her aunt's ear affectionately and hoping that this would give the white female a feeling of purpose as well as a distraction from the body they were about to bury. She glanced at her father, as well, hoping that he'd help her get Rayne at least moving towards the graveyard.

Cas wanted to help carry the alpha, but he knew his smaller form would do nothing but get in the way of the larger males who carried him now. Instead he decided to take his children on ahead and begin digging a grave for the white male, as to do something useful in this proccession. "Dante, Dakota, come with me. Laek, would you like to come help us dig as well? KiRae?" He asked, hoping that he'd have at least some help in digging their deceased leader a proper grave in the graveyard before the larger males managed to carry him all the way out there. Blitz had been one of the only wolves to accept him here, and he felt like he at least owed this to the late alpha.

Dakota looked up at her father as he spoke, as well as when Dante licked her ear. The three males looked like they had carrying the alpha under control, so she got to her feet to help her father. "Yes daddy." She said softly, feeling more like a tiny pup than ever as she moved to her father's side hesitantly, missing the feeling of her older brother's warmth and comfort already.

Sib remained silent even as Pravin said they were going now, standing back as Inferno, Xerxses, and Pravin started to carry Blitz, following Tessa as the went back to sit by their pups. He smiled a bit, seeing Tessa leaning against Teras now, it really was amazing how much their pups had grown, all of them, and all of them had become such fine wolves. His eyes wandered to Rayne, seeing Bleu by her, already trying to get her moving. He joined his daughter at Rayne's side, nudging his sister softly. "Come on sis, Bleu will help you out there, alright?" He said, looking to Bleu. She was probably the most mature like out of his three pups now, she seemed so grown up, he really was amazed by that. He nodded to her, smiling, walking back over to Tessa and nuzzling against her. "Come on, let's go then." he said softly, licking her and looking to Teras before turning, waiting for her, looking back over at Rayne and Bleu.

Rayne simply nodded as both Bleu and Sib urged her to follow, standing up, though a little awkwardly because of her size, and sighed softly. By now she basically didn't feel anything... she had gone emotionally numb to it all. She didn't want to have to sit through Blitz's funeral, have to watch them put him in the ground... but she couldn't not go... Blitz would have wanted her to. So, even while dreading it, she followed the rest of them, her head kept low in silence.

Dante looked up at his father when Dakota left his side. Cas told them to go with him, so Dante nodded and stepped forward again. He knew where to go if he wanted to lead the way. It wouldn't be the first time he went to the graveyard. But mentally, Dante wasn't doing as well as he imagined. His mind was pulling away, trying to shut down. His body was just becoming a body.

"Of course I'll help." Laek spoke quietly, walking next to her son. She nudged him affectionately, seeing that he wasn't reacting very well. Dante was growing quickly, Laek saw it going right before her eyes. Dakota was growing quickly as well. Terah on the side heard, and got up as well. "I'll help as well." She might have been older than them. But she also had her strength to help them also. Strong she might be, she was having trouble keeping herself together. Maybe going ahead with them would help.

Pravin watched as Xerxses stepped forward and lifted his brother upon his shoulders. Pravin bent his head down near Blitz' legs and he observed the wolves around him. Bleu had suggested that Rayne lead the procession; it would be good for both Blitz' sake, and for Rayne's own sanity. Casanova suggested his family go help dig up the alpha's grave, and invited KiRae along too. Terah volunteered to help. Blitz was a big wolf, they could use the help. Pravin grabbed his leader by his thigh, lifting him into the air to match the level that Xerxses was holding him at. Pravin was sure that Inferno could help support the hind end as well.

The silver wolf looked up as he heard his name. He paused and though over what the male said, He lowered his head and looked over at the alpha's body, the larger wolves lifting him up to carry him. He'd been kind to KiRae, anything beyond the silver wolf could compare. He felt like it was the least he could do for Blitz. Looking back up at Cas, he gave a soft smile. "Of course, I'll help." he said hardly above a whisper and stood up.
